just did a 2 minute workout and its kinda painful but im sweating which is good and pain is gain, u have to just push thru it and breathe. this app showed me how to do the exercises PROPERLY cuz before i was not doing the correct form and i had no results. it motivated me to go faster as i was watching and copying the speed of the animated person. it gives u time to take a few seconds to relax and prepare after each exercise an guides u thru each exercise. i felt the burn in my bums & legs

It is great app to dowload just number 1 for me.it is easy to use, few minites are needed, no adds,no noise, you can use it offline you can adjust exersises you like with needed time, you can do 30 days based on level needed i used this app for 7days and i like it it's challenging and you will see improvements easly
why is it that all the videos are not playing only the first second and third we play and the rest won't show how will I know the one to do and if I go back to check, and have to start a fresh again why, please work on it
